Intro
Now that you’ve prepped the floor, patched the holes and filled the cracks, it’s time to add that epoxy finish. In part two of this two-part video series, we’ll seal the deal and even shake on some flakes for added flair.
Steps
- 1.
Mix part A and part B of the epoxy together. Let it sit for 45 minutes. The product must be used within two and a half hours after opening the can.
- 2.
Trim the perimeter of the floor with a paint brush.
- 3.
Mix a second can after trimming if you have a big garage.
- 4.
Paint the floor in sections with a paint roller.
- 5.
Sprinkle paint flakes to add some style. Do this after completing each section. Let the whole floor dry for a few days before placing anything on it.
